User Service Agreement

The BiblePro Lite app and related services refer to the products and services provided by Bible Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") through the legally owned and operated client application named "BiblePro Lite", the "BiblePro Lite" website (bible.or.th), and the Internet TV and other business platforms that the company provides content services for (including but not limited to platforms that integrate with Internet TV broadcasting control institutions and Internet TV content licensing partners, as well as platforms that cooperate with smart TV manufacturers) and related clients (including but not limited to APP, APK, SDK, API, etc.), which provide you with functions including but not limited to video publishing, browsing, and recommendations, online live streaming, and a new type of service that connects people and information. For specific service content, please refer to Article 2.1 of this agreement.

This BiblePro Lite User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is the agreement between you and the Company regarding your registration, login, and use (collectively referred to as "use") of the BiblePro Lite app and related services, and this Agreement applies to all products and/or services of the Company.

In order to better provide services to you, please read and fully understand this agreement carefully before you start to use the BiblePro Lite app and related services, especially the clauses related to exemption or limitation of liability, rights licensing and information use, agreeing to open and use special single-item services, legal application and dispute resolution, etc. Important content such as clauses related to exemption or limitation of liability will be highlighted in bold, and you should read them carefully.

If you are under 18 years old, please read and fully understand this agreement with the accompaniment of your legal guardian, and obtain the consent of your legal guardian before using the BiblePro Lite app and related services.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, this will result in the Company being unable to provide you with complete products and services, and you can also choose to stop using them. If you voluntarily choose to agree or use the BiblePro Lite app and related services, it shall be deemed that you have fully understood this agreement and agreed to be bound by this Agreement as a party to this Agreement, as well as other agreements and rules related to the BiblePro Lite app and related services (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy).

2.1 The services provided by the Company to users through the BiblePro Lite app and related services include but are not limited to:

(2) The Internet TV business platform providing content services with the name "BiblePro Lite" (including platforms that cooperate with Internet TV broadcasting and control integration organizations and Internet TV content licensing partners, and platforms that cooperate with smart TV manufacturers);

2.2 You can obtain the "BiblePro Lite" client application or access the related website of "BiblePro Lite" through pre-installation or download from third parties authorized by the Company. If you do not obtain this software from the Company or authorized third parties, the Company cannot guarantee the normal use of unofficial versions of "BiblePro Lite," and the losses you suffer from this are unrelated to the Company.

2.4 In order to improve user experience and services, the Company will provide updates or changes to the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services from time to time (including but not limited to software modifications, upgrades, functional enhancements, development of new services, software replacements, etc.). You can choose whether to update the corresponding version as needed. In order to ensure the security of "BiblePro Lite" software and related services and improve user service, after part or all of the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services are updated, the Company will, where feasible, notify you in an appropriate manner (including but not limited to system prompts, announcements, internal messages, etc.), and you have the right to choose to accept the updated version; if you choose not to update, some functions of the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services will be restricted or cannot be used normally.

2.5 Unless you obtain prior written authorization from the Company, you may not access or use the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services in any unauthorized manner, including but not limited to adaptation, copying, dissemination, vertical search, mirroring, or trading.

2.6 You understand that the use of the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services requires you to prepare terminal devices (such as computers, mobile phones, etc.) related to the software and related services. Once you open the "BiblePro Lite" software or access the "BiblePro Lite" website on the terminal device, it is deemed that you are using the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services. In order to fully realize all the functions of "BiblePro Lite," you may need to connect the terminal device to the internet, and you understand that you will be responsible for the necessary fees (such as data fees, internet fees, etc.).

2.7 The Company grants you the right to use the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services for personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-commercial purposes. All other rights not expressly authorized by this Agreement are reserved by the Company. You must obtain written permission from the Company before exercising any of these rights, and the Company's failure to exercise any of the above rights does not constitute a waiver of that right.

2.8 You can start using the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services without registering, but some functions or services may be affected. At the same time, you also understand that in order to enable you to use the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services better and to ensure the security of your account, certain functions and/or certain individual service items (such as commenting services, online broadcasting services, etc.) will require you to provide true identity information and register with your real name in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the country before you can use them.

2.9 If you find any content in the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services that infringes your rights, you can follow the company's complaint procedures or notify the company through bible.or.th, and provide evidence of your relevant rights. The company will handle your complaint in a timely manner in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. If the content you post in the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services is complained of infringement by the relevant rights holder and is processed, and you do not agree with the processing result, you should submit relevant evidence materials that prove that there is no infringement according to the company's instructions. The company will handle your appeal in a timely manner in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

3.1 The "BiblePro Lite" software and related services provide you with a registration channel. You have the right to choose a legal and company-required character combination as your account and set a password that meets security requirements. The account and password set by the user are the credentials that the user uses to log in and use the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services as a registered user.

3.2 You understand and promise that the account you set must not violate national laws and regulations and the company's relevant rules. Your account name, avatar, profile and other registration information and personal information must not contain illegal or harmful information. You must not use someone else's name (including but not limited to impersonating someone else's name, company name, trademark, avatar, etc. in a way that can cause confusion) to create an account, and you must not maliciously register "BiblePro Lite" accounts (including but not limited to frequent registration, batch registration of accounts, etc.). You must comply with relevant laws and regulations during the account registration and use process and must not engage in any behavior that infringes national interests, harms the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, or is detrimental to social morality. The company has the right to review the registration information you submit.

3.3 Your account is only for your personal use. Without the written consent of the company, you are prohibited from giving, lending, renting, transferring, selling, or allowing others to use the account in any form. If the company finds or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, in order to protect the security of the account, the company has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of services to the registered account or cancel the account.

3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account and password, and assume all legal responsibilities for activities carried out in the name of the registered account, including but not limited to any data modification, information release, payment of funds, and other operations that you conduct on the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services. You should attach great importance to the confidentiality of your account and password and not disclose them to others under any circumstances. If you discover that someone else is using your account without permission or any other security vulnerabilities, you should immediately notify the company.

3.5 In the event of a lost account or forgotten password, you may follow the company's appeal process to timely appeal and retrieve your account or password. You understand and agree that the company's password retrieval mechanism only requires consistency between the information filled in the appeal form and the system-recorded information, and cannot verify whether the appellant is the genuine account holder with the right to use. The company specifically reminds you to properly safeguard your account and password. After use, you should log out securely. If you suffer from account theft or password loss due to your own negligence or other uncontrollable factors, you will be solely responsible.

3.6 When registering, using and managing your account, you should ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the identity information filled in during registration. Please use genuine, accurate, legal, and valid relevant identity documents and necessary information (including your name, email address, contact number, contact address, etc.) when registering and managing your account. According to relevant national laws and regulations, in order to use certain functions of "BiblePro Lite" software and related services, you need to fill in genuine identity information. Please complete real-name authentication in accordance with relevant legal provisions and pay attention to timely updating the relevant information. If the materials you submit or the information you provide is inaccurate, untrue, non-standard, illegal, or if the company has reason to suspect that the information is incorrect, untrue or illegal, the company has the right to refuse to provide you with relevant functions, and you may be unable to use the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services or have limited access to certain functions during use.

3.7 In addition to self-registering for a "BiblePro Lite" account, users may also authorize the use of their legally owned software user accounts, including but not limited to the company and/or its affiliated and controlling companies' other software user accounts, as well as real-name registered third-party software or platform user accounts, to register and log in to use the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services, except for those restricted or prohibited by third-party software or platforms. When users log in and use the aforementioned services with the aforementioned accounts, they should ensure that the corresponding accounts have been registered and that the real-name registration requirements of this Agreement also apply.

3.8 You understand and agree that in addition to logging in and using the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services, you can also use your "BiblePro Lite" account to log in and use other software and services provided by the company and its affiliated and controlling companies. When you log in with your "BiblePro Lite" account and use the aforementioned services, you will be bound by the "User Agreement" and other agreement terms of the actual provider of the aforementioned services.

3.9 In order to increase your content exposure and publishing efficiency, you agree that all content you publish on this software/website under your account and corresponding accounts is authorized by you to be automatically synchronized and published by the company and/or its affiliated and controlling companies' other software and websites under your account, and the company and/or its affiliated and controlling companies have the right to display them in a suitable form on other software and websites. Your operations of publishing, modifying, and deleting content in this software/website will also be synchronized to the aforementioned series of other software and websites. When you register or log in to other software products and websites operated by the company and/or its affiliated and controlling companies using your registered account or third-party software user account (if applicable), you should comply with the provisions of the "User Agreement" and other agreement terms of the respective software and website. To further avoid ambiguity, you confirm and agree that the content you post on your account on this software/website will be fully or partially synchronized to the client applications and websites that the company provides content services for.

3.10 After you register and log in to your "BiblePro Lite" account and complete reasonable and necessary identity verification, you can browse and modify the personal identity information you have submitted at any time. You understand and agree that for security and identity recognition purposes (such as account or password recovery appeals), you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided during registration. You can also apply to cancel your account. The company will assist you in canceling your account after completing reasonable and necessary verification regarding personal identity, security status, device information, infringement complaints, etc., and delete all information related to your account as per your request, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

3.11 You understand and agree that in order to make full use of account resources, the company has the right to revoke your account if you do not log in for the first time after registration or do not use the account continuously for more than two months.

The company is committed to protecting your personal information (information that can independently or in combination with other information identify the user's identity), and protecting user personal information is one of the company's basic principles. In the process of using the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services, you may need to provide your personal information (including but not limited to your name, phone number, location information, device information, etc.) so that the company can provide you with better services and corresponding technical support. The company will protect your right to browse, modify, delete relevant personal information, and withdraw authorization in accordance with the law, and will use encryption technology, anonymous processing, and other security measures that match the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services to protect your personal information. The company may recommend personalized content to you based on the recommendation algorithm. We continuously improve and explore optimization solutions for the recommendation system and ensure that you have the right to make independent choices and control over personalized recommendations in accordance with the law. For more information about the protection of user personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

5.1 User Conduct Requirements You shall be responsible for your use of this product and related services. Unless permitted by law or with the prior written permission of the company, your use of the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services shall not have the following behaviors:

5.1.1 Interfering, disrupting, modifying or otherwise affecting the normal operation of the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services using any unauthorized or unlicensed plug-ins, add-ons, systems or third-party tools.

5.1.2 Conducting any acts that harm computer network security or targeting the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services, including but not limited to:

(1) Illegal intrusion into other people's networks, interfering with the normal functions of other people's networks, stealing network data, and engaging in activities that harm network security;

(2) Providing programs and tools specifically for engaging in activities that harm network security, such as intrusion into networks, interference with normal network functions and protective measures, and stealing network data.

(3) Knowingly providing technical support, advertising, payment settlement, and other assistance to others engaged in activities that endanger network security;

(5) Without permission, entering public computer networks or other people's computer systems and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information;

(6) Without permission, attempting to explore, scan, test the weaknesses of the "BiblePro Lite" system or network, or engage in other activities that undermine network security;

(7) Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the "BiblePro Lite" system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and engaging in other behaviors that undermine or interfere with normal network information services;

(9) Reverse engineering, disassembling, compiling, or attempting to discover the source code of the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services in any other way;

(10) Maliciously registering accounts for the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services, including but not limited to frequent or bulk registration of accounts;

(11) Engaging in other behaviors that violate laws, regulations, this agreement, the company's relevant rules, and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.

5.1.3 In any case, if the company has reason to believe that any of your actions violate or may violate the above provisions, the company may independently make judgments and handle them, and has the right to terminate the provision of services to you without any prior notice and pursue relevant legal responsibilities.

5.2.1 After completing real-name authentication as required, you can log in to "BiblePro Lite" to publish content, comment on posts, and more using your registered account or "BiblePro Lite" cooperation platform account.

5.2.2 The company is committed to promoting civilized, rational, friendly, and high-quality opinion exchange in the publication of content and comments on posts. While promoting the development of the publication of content and comments on posts, we continue to strengthen our information security management capabilities, improve self-discipline in the publication of content and comments, fulfill our social responsibilities, comply with national laws and regulations, respect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, and respect social morality and public order.

5.2.3 You should consciously abide by the requirements of the Constitution, laws, regulations, public order, social morality, socialist system, national interests, legitimate rights and interests of citizens, moral standards, and information authenticity in the production, commenting, publication, and dissemination of content. You agree and undertake not to produce, copy, publish, or disseminate the following types of information content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations:

（3）Subverting the state power, overthrowing the socialist system, inciting separatism, and undermining national unity;

（9）Fabricating or spreading rumors and false information, disrupting economic and social order, and undermining social stability;

（13）Containing content that is terrifying, violent, bloody, highly dangerous, or harmful to the performer's own or others' physical and mental health;

(19) Infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others, such as privacy rights, reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, etc.;

(20) Spreading commercial advertisements, or similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information and spam;

(23) The information posted is meaningless, or deliberately uses character combinations to evade technical review;

(24) Other information that violates laws and regulations, policies and public order and good morals, interferes with the normal operation of “BiblePro Lite” or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

5.2.4 The content you produce, publish and disseminate shall comply with the Regulations on the Administration of Online Audio-Visual Information Services and relevant laws and regulations, and you shall not use new technologies and applications based on deep learning, virtual reality, etc. to produce, publish and disseminate false news information. When you publish or disseminate non-real audio-visual information produced by new technologies and applications based on deep learning, virtual reality, etc., you shall mark it in a prominent manner.

5.3 The company has established a public complaint and reporting platform. You can file complaints and reports to the company regarding various illegal and non-compliant behaviors, illegal dissemination activities, and illegal harmful information, etc., according to the complaint and reporting system disclosed by the company. The company will promptly accept and handle your complaints and reports to jointly create a clean and healthy online space.

6.1 Without the written permission of the company, you may not engage in the following behaviors on the information content of "BiblePro Lite" software and related services, either by yourself or by authorizing, allowing, or assisting any third party:

(1) copying, reading, or using the information content of "BiblePro Lite" software and related services for commercial purposes, including but not limited to publicity, increasing reading volume, and browsing volume;

(2) editing, organizing, or arranging the information content of "BiblePro Lite" software and related services and displaying it outside the source page of "BiblePro Lite" software and related services without permission;

(3) using any form of identification methods, including but not limited to special identifiers and special codes, to generate traffic, reading volume guidance, transfer, hijacking, and other adverse effects on the information content of "BiblePro Lite" software and related services, either by yourself or by assisting a third party;

6.2 Without the written permission of the company, any user or third party may not directly or indirectly steal the video, graphics, and text information content of "BiblePro Lite" software and related services by any means (including but not limited to hotlinking, redundant theft, illegal crawling, simulated download, deep linking, false registration, etc.), or have the right to manage electronic information that deletes or changes related information content by any means (including but not limited to hiding or modifying domain names, platform-specific identifiers, usernames, etc.).

6.3 After obtaining written permission from the company, your sharing and forwarding of information content of "BiblePro Lite" software and related services should also comply with the following specifications:

(1) Without the prior written consent of the company, any related data such as search hot words, hit rate, classification, search volume, click-through rate, and reading volume obtained through crawling, statistics, or acquisition shall not be disclosed, provided, or leaked to any third party in any way;

(2) No modification shall be made to the source webpage of "BiblePro Lite" software and related services in any form, including but not limited to the home page link of "BiblePro Lite" software and related services, advertising system links and other entrances. Neither shall any form of obstruction be made to the display of the source page of "BiblePro Lite" software and related services, such as cover, insertion, pop-up, etc.;

(3) Effective and strict measures shall be taken to prevent the information content of "BiblePro Lite" software and related services from being illegally obtained by third parties through any form, including but not limited to "spider" programs;

(4) The related data content shall not be used for any purposes beyond the scope of the company's written permission, or sold or commercially used in any form, or disclosed, provided or allowed for any form of use by any third party;

(5) Sharing, forwarding or copying the information content of "BiblePro Lite" software and related services to any third party shall comply with other norms and standards formulated by the company for this purpose.

7.1 In the event that you violate this Agreement or other service terms, the Company reserves the right to independently determine and take measures according to the situation, including but not limited to issuing a prior warning, refusing to publish, immediately stopping the transmission of information, deleting content or comments, temporarily prohibiting the posting of content or comments, limiting some or all account functions until terminating the provision of services, permanently closing accounts, etc. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your inability to use your account and related services or to obtain assets or other rights and interests in your account as a result of this. The Company has the right to announce the processing result and decide whether to restore the use of relevant accounts according to the actual situation. For behaviors suspected of violating laws and regulations or involving illegal and criminal acts, relevant records will be kept, reported to the relevant competent authorities in accordance with the law, cooperate with the relevant competent authorities in investigations, report to the public security organs, etc. The Company has the right not to restore the deleted content.

7.2 If your violation of this Agreement or other service terms causes third-party complaints or litigation claims, you shall handle it on your own and assume all possible legal liabilities arising from it. If your illegal, infringing, or breach of contract behavior causes the Company and its affiliates or controlling companies to compensate any third party or be punished by state organs, you shall also fully compensate the Company and its affiliates or controlling companies for all losses suffered.

7.3 The Company respects and protects the legitimate rights and interests of users and others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, etc. You guarantee that when using the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services, the texts, pictures, videos, audios, links, and other contents uploaded by you do not infringe on the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, and other legitimate rights and interests of any third party. Otherwise, the Company has the right to remove the alleged infringing content upon receiving a notice from the rights holder or relevant party. For all claims of rights made by third parties, you shall handle it on your own and assume all possible legal liabilities arising from it. If your infringement causes the Company and its affiliates or controlling companies to suffer losses (including economic and reputational losses), you shall also fully compensate the Company and its affiliates or controlling companies for all losses suffered.

8.1 You understand and agree that the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services provided by the Company are provided according to the current technology and conditions. The Company will make the greatest effort to provide you with services, ensure the continuity and security of the services. You understand that the Company cannot foresee and prevent risks, including but not limited to force majeure, network reasons, third-party service defects, third-party websites, etc., which may cause service interruptions, inability to use the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services normally, as well as other losses and risks.

8.2 You understand and agree that the Company has the right to modify, suspend, interrupt or terminate the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services based on the needs of overall service operation and platform operation security.

9.1 You understand and agree that the Company may push information, advertisements, and brand promotion services that are relevant to you when using the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services. The Company will display commercial advertisements, promotions, or information (including commercial or non-commercial information) related to the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services and/or third-party suppliers, partners, in the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services.

9.2 The Company fulfills its obligations related to advertising and promotion in accordance with legal regulations. You shall independently judge the authenticity and reliability of such advertising or promotional information and be responsible for your own judgment. Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, any purchases, transactions, or damages or losses suffered as a result of such advertising or promotional information shall be borne by you, and the Company shall not be liable.

10.1 The intellectual property rights of the content provided by the Company in the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services (including but not limited to software, technology, programs, web pages, text, pictures, images, audio, video, graphics, page layout design, electronic documents, etc.) belong to the Company. The copyright, patent right, and other intellectual property rights of the software relied on by the Company to provide this service belong to the Company. Without the Company's permission, no one may use (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading, or downloading through any robot, spider, or other program or device) the content in the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services.

10.2 You understand and agree that any content (including but not limited to text, pictures, videos, audios, and other forms of content and all component parts thereof such as music, sound, lines, visual designs, etc.) uploaded and published by you when using the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services are original or authorized by the owner. The intellectual property rights of any content you upload or publish through "BiblePro Lite" belong to you or the original copyright owner.

10.3 You acknowledge, understand, and agree that to enhance the sharing, promotion, dissemination, and impact of your works, and increase their circulation value and influence, you authorize the Company and its affiliated, controlled, and successor companies with a worldwide, free, non-exclusive, licensable (through multiple tiers) right to use (including but not limited to the right to reproduce, communicate, adapt, compile, modify, translate, create derivative works, perform and display), publish, transmit or distribute the content you upload, transmit, or disseminate through the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services (including but not limited to all forms of content such as text, images, graphics, audio, video, live content, and all components including music, sound, dialogue, visual design, etc.) on current or other websites, applications, products, or terminal devices. You hereby confirm and agree that the grant of rights includes the right and license to use, in any promotional, advertising, research, and/or marketing materials related to the Content, "BiblePro Lite," the Company and/or its brand, and to exploit, in any other manner, all or any part of the Content. For the avoidance of doubt, you understand and agree that the authorized grant of rights includes the right to use, copy, display, transmit your personal image, portrait, name, trademark, service mark, brand, name, logo, company mark, and other brand, marketing, or promotional assets, materials, or content owned or licensed by you and embedded in the Content, and to exploit them commercially.

10.4 You confirm and agree to authorize the Company, in its own name or through professional third parties, to carry out intellectual property protection measures against any infringement on the content you upload and publish. The forms of protection measures include but are not limited to monitoring infringing acts, sending notices of rights protection, initiating litigation or arbitration, mediation, settlement, etc. The Company has the right to make decisions and independently implement rights protection matters.

10.5 The Company provides technical support for the development and operation of "BiblePro Lite" software and related services and owns all rights to all data and information generated during the development and operation process of "BiblePro Lite" software and related services to the extent permitted by law and regulations.

10.6 Please do not use the Company's trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names, or other significant brand features including but not limited to "BiblePro Lite," "bible.or.th," etc. (collectively referred to as the "Marks") without the Company's prior written consent. Without the Company's prior written consent, you may not display, use, or register the Marks individually or in combination in any way, or imply or indicate that you have the right to display, use, or otherwise deal with the Marks. If you violate this agreement and use the Company's trademarks, marks, and other identifying information, you will be liable for all legal liabilities resulting from the loss caused to the Company or any other parties.

11.1 You understand and agree that the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services may be affected or interfered by various factors, and the Company does not guarantee (including but not limited to):

11.1.2 The "BiblePro Lite" software and related software are not interfered with, timely, safe, reliable, or free of errors; any software, services or other materials obtained by the user through the Company meet the user's expectations;

11.2 If there is any network information related to borrowing, financial management, or other financial matters, account passwords, advertisements or promotions, etc., please handle it with caution and make your own judgment. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, derivative or punitive damages suffered by you as a result of property, profit, business reputation, data loss or other tangible or intangible losses.

11.3 You understand and agree that in the process of using the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services, there may be force majeure factors (force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, or avoided), including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, regulatory policies, network reasons, hacker attacks, wars or any other similar events. In the event of force majeure, the Company will make efforts to repair it in a timely manner, but if any suspension, interruption, termination of services or any losses are caused due to force majeure, the Company shall be exempted from liability within the scope permitted by laws and regulations.

11.4 The Company has the right to handle illegal and irregular content in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, but this right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of the Company. The Company cannot guarantee timely detection of illegal acts or corresponding processing.

11.5 You understand and agree that the Company does not provide any express or implied warranties or conditions of any kind regarding the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, etc. You must bear the corresponding risks for your use of the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services.

11.6 You understand and agree that this Agreement is to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations, maintain public order and good customs, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of others. The Company will make its best efforts to make judgments in accordance with relevant laws and regulations within its capacity, but does not guarantee that its judgments will be completely consistent with those of judicial or administrative organs. You understand and agree to bear the consequences of this.

11.7 Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or criminal damages, including profit losses suffered by you due to your use of the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services. Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, the Company's total liability to you, regardless of the reason or form of action, shall not exceed the fees (if any) paid by you to the Company for using the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services.

12.1 The "BiblePro Lite" software and related services include information or information content links that the Company obtains in various legal ways, as well as other single services that are legally operated by the Company, its affiliated companies, and controlling companies, including but not limited to "BiblePro Lite" services. The Company has the right to add, reduce or modify the settings and services of these single services from time to time.

12.2 You can open and use the above-mentioned single services in the "BiblePro Lite" software. Some single services may require you to accept special agreements or other rules that govern your relationship with the provider of that single service. The Company will provide you with these agreements and rules in a prominent manner for you to read and agree to when you plan to use the above-mentioned single services. Once you start using the above-mentioned services, it will be deemed that you understand and accept the relevant agreements and rules regarding the single services.

12.3 When you may use software and related services provided by third parties in the "BiblePro Lite" software, in addition to complying with this Agreement and the relevant rules of the "BiblePro Lite," you may also need to comply with the agreements, privacy policies, and relevant rules of the third party. Any disputes, losses, or damages arising from third-party software and related services shall be resolved by you and the third party on your own, and the Company shall not be liable to you or any third party in this regard.

13.1 If the user is an underage person under 18 years old, he or she should read this agreement carefully under the guidance and with the consent of the guardian before using the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services.

13.2 The company attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. When filling in personal information, underage users should strengthen their personal protection awareness, be cautious, and use the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services correctly under the guidance of their guardians.

13.3 Underage users and their guardians understand that if the underage person violates laws and regulations or the contents of this agreement, the underage person and their guardians shall bear all legal liabilities that may arise in accordance with the laws and regulations.

13.4.1 Underage users should use this software and related services under the supervision and guidance of their guardians, learn to use the Internet correctly within a reasonable scope, avoid indulging in the virtual online world, and develop good online habits.

13.5 In order to better protect the privacy rights and interests of minors, the company reminds users to be cautious when publishing content containing materials of minors. Once published, it is deemed that the user agrees that the software and related services can display information, images, and voices of minors, and allows the company to use and process the content related to minors in accordance with this agreement.

13.6.1 If your ward uses the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services, you as a guardian should guide and supervise their registration and use of the software. If your ward applies to register a "BiblePro Lite" account, the company shall have the right to assume that they have obtained your consent.

13.6.2 Your ward may use functions such as recharging and rewarding when using the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services. As a guardian, please keep your payment device, payment account, and payment password safe to avoid your ward using the recharging, rewarding and other functions through your "BiblePro Lite" account without your consent.

14.1 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of mainland China. If any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable due to conflict with the laws of mainland China, such terms shall be reinterpreted as closely as possible to the original meaning of this agreement, and other provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

14.2 The place of signature of this agreement is Jiulongpo District, Chongqing, People's Republic of China. If you have any disputes with the company regarding this agreement, both parties should try to resolve the dispute amicably. If the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the relevant disputes to the people's court of the place where this agreement is signed for litigation.

14.3 In order to provide you with better services or adjust to changes in national laws, regulations, and policies, "BiblePro Lite" and related services will be updated and changed from time to time. We will revise this agreement accordingly, and the revisions shall form a part of this agreement. After the update of this agreement, we will remind you of the updated contents through the official website (bible.or.th) or other appropriate methods before the updated terms take effect, so that you can understand the latest version of this agreement in a timely manner. You can also view the latest version of the agreement on the homepage of the website or in the software settings page. By continuing to use the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services, you agree to accept the content of the revised agreement.

If you have any objections to the modified terms of this agreement, please immediately stop logging in or using the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services. If you continue to log in or use the "BiblePro Lite" software and related services, it shall be deemed that you recognize and accept the modified terms of this agreement.

14.4 The titles in this agreement are for convenience and reading only, and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provisions of this agreement.

14.5 You and the company are independent entities. In any case, this agreement does not constitute any form of express or implied guarantee or condition of the company to the user, nor does it constitute an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the parties.
